Each year, the United Nations spends roughly $30 billion to purchase goods and services from vendors around the world. American companies have historically captured around 8% of that procurement volume, and there's room for increased vendor participation.
During this all day (9:30-5:00), in-person seminar, American companies will hear from procurement experts across multiple UN agencies. Speakers will share both general and industry-specific knowledge during an agenda that combines presentations and workshops. Attendees will learn:
Where to find UN procurement notices
How the tender process works
What are the missions of each participating UN agency
What goods and services are in demand at each UN agency
Upcopming procurement plans
Tips for winning UN tenders
